GEELONG CELEBRANT & CEREMONIALIST

GEELONG CELEBRANT & CEREMONIALIST

Kiara O’Leary

Geelong celebrant Kiara O'Leary

Hi, I’m Kiara.

You’re here because you have an important event coming up…

You could be joyously celebrating love, saying a heartbreaking goodbye to someone you love, or birthing new life into the world.

And you’ve found your way here – to my tiny slice of the internet – because you want this rite of passage and meaningful time in your lives to be truly honoured.

You want to honour this milestone event with depth and sacredness so that’s its not just any other “wedding,” “funeral,” or “[insert your rite of passage here]…”

Instead, it could be woven into a transformational experience that truly honours what the event is about:
– your love, your relationship, your commitment, your family
– the life of your loved one + the loss of those left behind
– the rite of passage of entering parenthood
– the birth of new life

I have been to so many events that might look lovely, and have tasty food, but they leave us all hungry for what we really came there for:

Depth. Connection. Meaning. To honour the sacredness of life and especially the rite of passage of that moment.

And that’s where I come in.

I would love to work with you to create a ceremony that truly honours the rite of passage being walked through, in a way that leaves everyone in attendance feeling more full of love and in awe of the preciousness of life, with hearts cracked open and heartfelt memories of your event.

It would be my honour to chat with you about how we can co-create a soulful and intricately hand-crafted experience to honour the rite of passage you or your loved ones are walking through.

Free Clarity Call

I offer no-investment and no-obligation chats to help you get clarity on what kind of experience you want to create at your upcoming ceremony.

As a former event creator, planner and manager – as well as a current intuitive guide, celebrant and ceremonialist – it’s such a joy to me to help people create ceremonies from their hearts (instead of a standard template or ‘what’s usually done’).

If you would like to create a ceremony true to you (or your loved one/s), please hit ‘book a call’ below, and let me help you dream into the most honouring ceremony you could possibly create. Let’s have a free chat to discuss your upcoming event, what you’re desiring to create, and how I might be able to help.

I guarantee you’ll leave feeling clearer about what you’re creating – whether that’s with me or not.

Types of Ceremonies

Types of Ceremonies

Every ceremony is uniquely designed to honour you and your loved ones.

Every detail is chosen with care and intricately, delicately woven in celebration of the rite of passage being walked through.

HONOURING LOVE.

Geelong celebrant Kiara O'Leary

– weddings (saying yes to your partner for life!)

– elopement (the wedding without the huge affair for everyone else, this is just for you two)

– commitment ceremonies (the honouring of your love and the vows of commitment, without the legal union)

– renewal of love (celebrating the beauty of walking through life together in marriage by renewing your vows)

HONOURING LIFE & DEATH.

Geelong celebrant Kiara O'Leary

– funeral ceremonies (honouring the life and loss of your loved one as you lay them to rest)

– memorial services (remembering and appreciating all that your loved one was in the world, this is done as the public grief offering if there was a private funeral, or at a later date – such as an anniversary or birthday – in commemoration)

– private grief rituals (for those who desire to honour their grief, be witnessed in it and guided to release & transform it, holding onto the love but letting go of some of the pain or stuckness)

HONOURING NEW LIFE & PARENTHOOD.

– naming days (non-religious alternative to christenings, a way to bless & welcome your baby, and choose ‘important people’ to guide them through their lives)

– soul to earth ceremonies (a way to welcome & honour your baby’s soul into this life – more spiritual name for a naming day)

– mother blessing ceremonies (a gathering of women to honour the maiden-to-mother initiation, gather her strength, and share wisdom and support)

– parent blessing ceremonies (a community gathering similar to mama blessing above, but with both parents involved)

HONOURING YOU.

(private, tailored ceremonies)

A ceremony is not just a wedding or a funeral, at its essence it is a rite-of-passage. It’s a leaving behind of the old, and welcoming of the new, while being witnessed. It is transformative.

You may be transitioning through a death of someone you used to be, a reclamation of a part of yourself, or another transition that is usually not-so-honoured in our society (such as divorce, menstruation, menopause, becoming a single parent, becoming an orphan, learning to love yourself). As an intuitive guide and deep space holder, I would love to work with you to weave a personally-curated ritual/ceremony that is exactly what you need.

You might want to journey through a sacred rage ceremony, a sensual reclamation, a funeral of your old self, or host a maiden’s gathering to celebrate the first blood of your daughter. Whatever you’re moving through, ceremony can support your transformation.

I know it can be hard to choose a celebrant.

You are planning one of the most significant days of your life.

It’s important to have the support, guidance and personality of the right person for you. That’s why I offer free video calls – so you can meet me, hear my voice (the one that will be presenting the ceremony!), and get a feel for how well I understand you and what you’re wanting to experience in your ceremony.

My intention is to serve you in these calls, and there is no pressure to book with me afterwards.

You are welcome to book a free chat using the button below. I hope to speak with you soon.
